How we work
We scope in phases and price each phase fixed, against a written scope agreed before it starts. That gives you a firm number for a defined piece of work and a real decision point at every boundary — including the decision to stop.
Discovery comes first on anything substantial, and it is paid. We would rather understand the problem than quote a number against a brief nobody has interrogated. If discovery shows that an existing product would serve you better than a build, we will tell you, because a client who was talked into the wrong thing is not a client twice.
You own the code from the first commit, in your repository, with hosting in your name. Handover documentation is part of the work rather than an extra.
